The Philadelphia landmark, a couple of blocks from where in 1732 Benjamin Franklin printed the first Poor Richard’s Almanack, has been turning out sweets since 1863.

How NOT to handle a customer suggesting that, even though you did provide the option of a return call, having them wait on hold more than 40 minutes is not a good idea:
